Pilates Institute Conditioning for Golf -
This new Pilates for Golfers programme will enable trained Pilate’s teachers to:
- Understand the biomechanics of the golf swing
- Understand common faults associated with the golf swing
- Understand the psychological aspect of the game
- Learn interview techniques to gain insight into a golfer’s profile and attitude
- Perform specific tests to evaluate movement in the golfer
- Recognise how any physical limiting factors effect the game
- Programme Design for group and personal training
- How to market the programme
Participants do not need to play golf to gain maximum benefit from this course, the intention behind the training programme is to give Pilate’s teachers as much insight as possible to design and deliver a golf specific programme.
